Client's Terms of Use

By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute a binding legal agreement between you and www.skischolars.com. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not register or use our services.

While using the platform and during ski coaching sessions, you agree to:

• Respect your coach and other users of the platform.

• Abide by all safety instructions provided by the coach.

• Refrain from engaging in any behavior that could be harmful, abusive, or offensive to others.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities or actions that occur under your account.

• If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at info@skischolars.com.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. This includes:

• Booking ski lessons or related services through the website.

• Providing accurate information to coaches during the booking process.

• Treating all ski coaches with respect and adhering to their instructions during lessons.

• You agree to pay all fees associated with the booking of a ski coach as displayed on the website at the time of booking.

• Payment must be made through the payment methods provided on the platform, such as PayPal, EMT (Email Money Transfer), Credit Card. You agree to provide the necessary information to enable payment.

• Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in FAQ on the Home page. It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies before booking lessons.

You acknowledge that skiing is a physically demanding activity that carries inherent risks. By booking lessons through our platform, you represent that you are physically fit to participate in skiing and will take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety during lessons.

www.skischolars.com and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your ski lessons. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are adequately insured. 

www.skischolars.com acts as an intermediary between you and registered ski coaches. We do not directly provide ski instruction and are not responsible for the coaches' actions, qualifications, or performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, www.skischolars.com disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your participation in ski lessons booked through the website.

Clients may cancel bookings in accordance with the Platform’s cancellation policy outlined in FAQ on the Home page. You agree to honor the Platform’s terms regarding refunds or rescheduling.

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to the Platform. Any outstanding bookings must be fulfilled or canceled prior to account closure.

The Platform acts as a marketplace connecting clients and coaches. We do not assume liability for the quality, legality, or safety of the services provided by the Coaches.

The Platform will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or the services you provide. You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims arising from your actions as a Client.

The Platform will collect and process your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, especially in cases of non-compliance with these Terms, fraudulent activity, misconduct, or poor service quality.

The Platform reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
