Because skiing inherently involves risks such as falls, collisions, and changing weather conditions, a waiver will be mandatory for all lesson participants, which helps protect the ski school by ensuring participants acknowledge these risks. It also clarifies expectations, reinforces safety measures, and serves as a transparent agreement between the ski school and its participants, promoting a safer and more accountable teaching environment.
